About Me
I'm Lawrence Phuka Chikapa, a Malawian software developer and systems builder based in Ntcheu.
I build practical web applications and information systems that solve real operational problems. My work spans business systems, education technology, identity management, billing, administration, automation, and digital services.
I work primarily with PHP, Python, JavaScript, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern web technologies, with a strong focus on building systems that are maintainable, affordable, and practical to deploy.
Much of my experience comes from working with real organisations and turning manual processes into usable digital systems, from student and HR management to identity cards, billing, registration, and educational platforms.
I'm particularly interested in building technology that is useful in the Malawian context, where solutions often need to work within limited budgets, infrastructure, and technical resources.
